England batsman Ian Bell has claimed that it only takes one innings to put his recent bad form behind him.
The 30-year-old has struggled to score runs in 2012, averaging under 15 for England during the series against Sri Lanka and Pakistan, but he is confident that he can get back to his best ahead of an important summer for England.
"It's just a matter of getting time in the middle," said Bell.
"We've all been in these positions before and you're just one knock away from it all turning round.
"It's been a tricky little period these last couple of months but, if I keep believing and keep doing the right things and keep training hard, then it will turn around again."
Bell has played three times for Warwickshire this season, scoring 34 runs.
