Former England batsman Kevin Pietersen has given his tongue-in-cheek views on England's decision to part ways with batting coach Graham Gooch.
The ECB announced this morning that Gooch has left his role after captain Alastair Cook told him that they were looking for a change.
Pietersen, who was axed by England following their disastrous Ashes series in Australia last winter, made his views known on Twitter.
He wrote: "Where do I apply for ENG batting coach job? I promise I won't encourage whistling when you get out or trying to change the game!"
Gooch's departure comes after Peter Moores was appointed as England's new head coach.
