FIFA 22 Ultimate Team players have been eagerly anticipating the release of the 11th instalment of the Team of the Week, with players from across the globe seeing their stats boosted following stellar displays in their respective leagues.

Here, Sports Mole takes a closer look at the standout performers to make the cut this week as well all the players to have been rewarded with a coveted in-form card.

Virgil van Dijk - 90

Every single Liverpool player on the pitch played their part in the drubbing of Southampton at the weekend, but possibly none more so than Virgil van Dijk, who was a rock at the back and a threat in the final third at Anfield.

With his side already 3-0 up, the Dutch defender produced a striker's finish following a corner to round off the scoring on the day, while he also made six clearances and completed 91% of his passes in front of the home crowd.

Already one of the most coveted centre-backs in the game, Van Dijk's in-form boasts a stellar 80 pace, 92 defending and 86 physical, making him a dream option for a Premier League backline.

Antoine Griezmann - 86

It took a while for Atletico Madrid to kick into gear against Cadiz, but when they did, Antoine Griezmann was unsurprisingly the one to spearhead the charge with two direct contributions on the day.

The Frenchman firstly fired home first time from Marcos Llorente's cross to put his side two goals to the good with 70 minutes gone, and barely a minute after Anthony Lozano's freak goal for Cadiz, Griezmann threaded a delightful ball through to Matheus Cunha for his side's fourth.

A well-rounded in-form, Griezmann's 86-rated item boasts 88 dribbling, 86 shooting, 86 passing and 81 pace, which ought to be useful up top or potentially in a deeper role.

Bukayo Saka - 85

Before placing sixth in this year's Kopa Trophy, Bukayo Saka provided the bright spark that Arsenal needed to break down a stubborn Newcastle United defence in last weekend's early Premier League kickoff.

The 20-year-old combined neatly with Nuno Tavares before firing home from a tight angle past Martin Dubravka, while he also made two key passes and won five ground duels before coming off injured.

Saka's featured TOTW sees him enjoy quite the upgrade to an 85-rated card, with eye-catching stats of 89 pace, 88 dribbling and 82 passing to boot.
