Two giants of Italian football will lock horns in the second leg of their Champions League quarter-final on Tuesday evening, with Napoli hosting AC Milan.
The tie is delicately poised but it is advantage Milan, with the Red and Whites recording a 1-0 victory in the first leg at San Siro last week, Ismael Bennacer netting the game's only goal in the 40th minute.
Both teams were involved in league draws at the weekend, with Milan sharing the points at Bologna, while Napoli played out a 0-0 with Hellas Verona in Naples.
Napoli are still in a commanding position at the top of the Serie A table, though, sitting 14 points clear of second-placed Lazio with just eight games left.
Here, Sports Mole looks at the overall head-to-head record between Napoli and Milan ahead of the second leg of their Champions League quarter-final.
There have been 172 official competitive matches between Napoli and Milan, and it is the latter that lead the head-to-head, recording 69 wins to Napoli's 51, while there have also been 52 draws.
As expected, the bulk of the matches have been Serie A affairs, with their meeting last week the first time that they had locked horns in the Champions League.
Milan have now beaten Napoli twice in their last two matches, having also run out 4-0 winners when the two teams locked horns in Italy's top flight earlier this month in Naples.
The Red and Whites have been victorious in three of the last four meetings between the two sides, although each has won three of their last six matches, with Napoli claiming three recent victories at San Siro.
Interestingly, Napoli have not actually beaten Milan on home soil since August 2018, which is a record that will hand the away team confidence heading into Tuesday's second leg.
Milan have also scored a lot more goals in the previous meetings between the two sides, netting 248 times in total to Napoli's 193, and they have the advantage heading into this week's contest.
Napoli are in a commanding position at the top of the Serie A table, but they simply cannot match Milan when it comes to experience at this sort of level, with I Rossoneri winning the European Cup on seven previous occasions, with their last success coming in 2007.
Gli Azzurri, on the other hand, have only ever won one European title - the UEFA Cup in 1989, while they have never been past the quarter-final stage of the European Cup.
Milan also boast the leading goalscorer in fixtures between these two teams, with Gianni Rivera, who turned out for the San Siro giants between 1960 and 1979, netting 11 times.
