AC Milan coach Massimiliano Allegri has said that taking three points from tomorrow's home game against Genoa is an "absolute must".
The Rossoneri have started the season poorly and languish 15th in Serie A after eight games.
Allegri has urged his team to be patient against Il Grifone, stating that it is "important" to give their fans something to cheer about.
"We need to play with patience so that we are not betrayed by hastiness," said Allegri. "We need to go into the game in the knowledge that we will have 100 minutes at our disposal to get the win.
"We have to play a simple game, but we have to win, that is an absolute must, and the players are in the right condition to do so.
"It will be an important match and we want to give the fans and the club a victory which the players deserve for what they are doing on the pitch."
Milan lost 1-0 to Malaga in their midweek Champions League fixture.
