AC Milan striker Mario Balotelli has been given a three-match ban for confronting the referee after his side's defeat to Napoli on Sunday.
The Italian international, 23, was shown a red card at the end of the Serie A encounter at the San Siro in Milan.
Balotelli had earlier seen his penalty saved by Napoli goalkeeper Pepe Reina before scoring a consolation goal in the final minute.
Milan, who have slipped down to 11th place in the table, will appeal against the punishment.
