AC Milan president Silvio Berlusconi has stated that he is not planning on selling the club, despite rumours of a proposed deal with an Asian businessman.

Recent reports had linked Berlusconi with the sale of his majority stake to Singaporean magnate Peter Lim, but the former Italian president has moved to silence the claims.

"Milan is not for sale, not for €500m and not for €510m, it's worth a lot more than that," said the 77-year-old, according to Sky Sports News

"Let's not joke around here, certain things are sacred."

Milan currently hold seventh position in the Serie A table.
