AC Milan striker Robinho has refused to rule out the prospect of returning to his boyhood club Santos at some point during his career.
The Brazilian forward signed a contract extension in the summer to remain at AC until 2016, but Robinho admits that he still has a lot of affection for the club where he started his journey as a player.
"It's the club where I grew up. I have great respect and affection for the fans. We'll see," said the forward, according to Goal.com.
"I think it is difficult now, though, because I have a contract with Milan. But the future belongs to God."
Milan currently find themselves 13th in Serie A having endured a difficult start to the season.
