AC Milan are expected to be without Robinho for a month after the Brazil star suffered a thigh injury.

AC Milan will be without Robinho for a month after the Brazil star suffered a thigh injury.

The former Real Madrid forward will be out for four weeks after he was forced off in Sunday's 1-0 defeat to Sampdoria, Milan have confirmed on their official website.

The injury means the 28-year-old will miss the game against Atlanta at home on September 16 and the trip to Udinese eight days later.

The Rossoneri have recently added to their strike-force, with the imminent capture of Bojan on a season-long loan from Barcelona expected to follow the signing of Giampaolo Pazzini from Inter.
