The Rossoneri went ahead five minutes before half-time when Antonio Nocerino tapped in from Alberto Aquilani's pass.
Massimiliano Allegri's side stretched their advantage on 55 minutes after Robinho broke the offside trap before he struck past Alexandros Tzorvas in the visiting goal.
Milan sealed the win just after the hour when Antonio Cassano drilled in Ignazio Abate's pull-back.
