AC Milan are reportedly planning to make an offer for Borussia Dortmund attacker Shinji Kagawa in the summer.
The Serie A champions are said to be keen on adding some creativity to their midfield in the summer and have identified the Japanese international as their number one target, according to Goal.com.
The 23-year-old has just over a year to run on his current Dortmund deal and the German club have offered to double his wages in a bid to keep him in the Bundesliga.
However, Kagawa is believed to be stalling on agreeing to fresh terms as he weighs up all the available options to him.
As well as Milan, Manchester United and Liverpool have also been linked with attacker.
