AC Milan want to sign Newcastle United midfielder Moussa Sissoko at the end of the season, according to a report.

AC Milan are reportedly interested in signing Newcastle United midfielder Moussa Sissoko at the end of the season.

The Frenchman has been promoted to Magpies captain under Rafael Benitez in recent weeks, but it is widely thought that the 26-year-old will leave St James' Park if the club are relegated this term.

A number of clubs are believed to be considering summer moves for the former Toulouse midfielder, but according to Tuttomercatoweb.com, the strongest interest has arrived from San Siro.

Sissoko, who is expected to represent France at Euro 2016 this summer, has scored 12 times in 127 appearances for Newcastle.
