UEFA have charged Ajax over crowd disturbance during Tuesday's Champions League defeat to Celtic at Parkhead.
Supporters of the Dutch club were seen throwing chairs, with some Celtic fans alleging that they were launched in their direction.
Ajax's case will be heard by a UEFA disciplinary panel on November 21.
Police Scotland, who made no arrests during the match, said on Wednesday that they would be reviewing CCTV footage.
