Aldershot Town captain Ben Herd has admitted that he is dreaming of a tie against Tottenham Hotspur ahead of tomorrow's draw for the FA Cup fourth round.
The Shots beat Rotherham United by three goals to one this afternoon to get past the third round for the first time since the club was reformed in 1992.
Danny Hylton was the hero for Dean Holdsworth's side, scoring an impressive hat-trick before being sent off in the closing stages.
Shots skipper Herd revealed that if given his pick of the Premier League's elite he would like the chance to take on Spurs, the team he supported as a boy.
He told the club's official website: "To play Spurs would be a dream come true. Although my old man and my brother are season ticket holders so probably wouldn't support me!
"Loyalties would definitely be divided in the Herd household. The odds are against it but if it did happen it would be unbelievable, the stuff dreams are made of."
Aldershot have now beaten fellow League Two sides in successive rounds to book their place in the cup's last 32.
