Aldershot Town have announced that manager Andy Scott and assistant boss Terry Bullivant have been sacked following the team's recent run of poor results.
The Conference side sit six points above the bottom four in the table and have won just nine of their 31 fixtures so far this season.
Scott spent two years as manager of the club following his appointment in 2013.
A statement from Aldershot said: "The club recognise and are grateful for Andy's contribution to Aldershot Town FC through a very difficult period of relegation and administration, but have now taken this tough decision to safeguard the team's immediate prospects in the Vanarama Conference."
Club captain Chris Baker will take charge of the first team alongside coach Matt Gray until a permanent manager is appointed.
