Sports Mole brings you live text commentary of tonight's Europa League Group F clash between APOEL and Eintracht Frankfurt at GSP Stadium, Nicosia.

Frankfurt travelled to APOEL this evening looking to make it two wins out of two at the start of their Europa League campaign.

The German side beat Bordeaux 3-0 on the opening day and followed it up with a 3-0 win in Nicosia, although the match was far from a classic.

You can read how it all unfolded by scrolling down.

Good evening! Welcome to Sports Mole for live coverage of tonight's Europa League Group F clash between APOEL and Eintracht Frankfurt at GSP Stadium, Nicosia.
APOEL: Pardo, Joao Guillherme, Oliveira, Borda, Mario Sergio, Helder Cabral, Tiago Gomes, Alexandrou, Nuno Morais, Aloneftis, Esmael Goncalves
FRANKFURT: Trapp, Russ, Zambrano, Oczipka, Anderson Bamba, Jung, Flum, Rode, Barnetta, Kadlec, Lakic
Right, we're ready for kickoff in Nicosia. Here we go!
KICKOFF! The German side get the game underway...
Frankfurt have had all the possession so far. Literally all of it. They're not in any rush to venture forward, though. The back four are seeing plenty of the ball.
Guilherme teases Jung down the right and delivers into the box, but it's just behind Goncalves, who tries to adjust himself to take a strike at goal. He can't quite manage it, and Trapp gathers the ball safely.
CHANCE! So very nearly the opening goal for Frankfurt! Kadlec knocked the ball down for Lakic, who squeezed a shot past Pardo from a tight angle. However, it was cleared off the line as Rode also closed in.
CHANCE! A decent opportunity down the other end for Aloneftis! He wriggled his way into the Frankfurt box but his shot was blocked for a corner. Alexandrou took it but to no avail. Both sides seem capable of scoring here tonight.
It's all gotten a bit scrappy in the last five minutes or so. The game is being played in midfield, with both teams struggling to find a passing rhythm.
Oof! That's a really high foot from Jung that takes out Cabral. He was trying to control Zambrano's heighted pass but ended up studding the Portuguese defender in the chest. No card.
BOOKING! Esmael Goncalves is the first man to be cautioned this evening.
Neither side look like making anything happen at the moment, the action is very disjointed. It's a cure for insomniacs.
PENALTY SHOUT! Isma takes a tumble in the box under a challenge from Zambrano but the referee isn't interested! Replays show that he may have had a case for a foul, but the contact was initiated outside the box. That was a bit clumsy from Zambrano, although Isma was also looking for it slightly.
GOAL! APOEL 0-1 Frankfurt (Artiz Borda OG)
We have a goal! And it's come in fortuitous circumstances with Jung's cross being diverted into his own net by Borda. Very unfortunate, he couldn't have done much about that. Hopefully that'll spark this game into life.
Just over half an hour played and not even the goal can really be considered a highlight. The first 10 minutes at least brought a couple of chances for both teams, since then it's been pretty dull.
UPDATE! It's still 0-0 in the other game in Group F between Bordeaux and Maccabi Tel-Aviv. Judging by my colleague Matt Cotton's commentary, his game also isn't one for the purists. At least we have a goal, though.
The best player on the pitch so far has been Tranquillo Barnetta. And he hasn't really had to do much to earn that tag. It was his lovely ball over the top for Jung that led to Frankfurt breaking the deadlock. Ever the classy passer, although he's never really lived up to his true potential.
APOEL have seen 60% of the ball but lack any teeth up front. No incision from midfield. Their defence? Yet to really be tested. As stated, the goal that they conceded was an unfortunate one. All of the same can be said of Frankfurt.
SHOT! Yes! We have an effort on goal! Anderson Bamba takes matters into his own hands by making a surging run from the back. His shot bobbles in front of Pardo but he makes the save.
HALF TIME: APOEL 0-1 Frankfurt
Ahhh come on, ref! It was just getting going! Can't we just carry on?

APOEL are out first for the second half. Will the coaches words be ringing in their ears? Let's hope so. Although Armin Veh will be wanting more from his team, too.
RESTART! APOEL resume play in the second half at GSP Stadium, Nicosia.
CORRECTION! The own goal was actually scored by the captain, Nektarios Alexandrou.
No changes for either side at the break. Frankfurt have the likes of Takashi Inui and Joselu furnishing their bench this evening. They have the ability to provide a creative spark if needs be. Veh cannot sit back at this point, the points are here for the taking. But anything can happen with just the one goal in it.
UPDATE! There has been a goal in Bordeaux and it's gone to the hosts. Jussie is the man who has broken the deadlock at the Stade Chaban Delmas. That puts them second as things stand in Group F.
No change of personnel, no change of tact either for APOEL. So many trips and clumsy fouls being given away at the moment, it's breaking up play and making it hard for the game to properly flow. Nothing so serious that requires reprimand, just very frustrating.
GOAL! APOEL 0-2 Frankfurt (Srdjan Lakic)
That was nice build-up play, although it came from something scrappy. No pleasing me, is there? Lakic picked up a loose ball just outside the area and played a neat one-two with Kadlec before striking between Pardo's legs. That could be all she wrote for APOEL.
APOEL SUB: Pieros Sotiriou comes on in place of Nektarios Alexandrou.
GOAL! APOEL 0-3 Frankfurt (Sebastian Jung)
Game, set and match. APOEL are falling to pieces now. It was all down to the quick thinking of Barnetta, who took a quick free kick to set the full-back loose down the right. He kept his composure to coolly slot underneath Pardo. Nice finish.
FRANKFURT SUB: Armin Veh, now with one eye on Sunday's trip to Freiburg in the Bundesliga, has began to make some changes. Sebastian Rode is the first man to depart, with Stefano Celozzi taking his place.
BOOKING! Pieros Sotiriou becomes the third APOEL player to receive a caution. He joins Marcelo Oliveira, who was booked in the 66th minute, and Esmael Goncalves.
FRANKFURT SUB: Vaclav Kadlec is the next man to be replaced, with Joselu coming on for the final 15 minutes or so.
UPDATE! Maccabi Tel-Aviv have equalised in Bordeaux through Barak Itzhaki. Good news for both teams here. As things stand, Frankfurt will top Group F on six points, followed by Maccabi on two. Then come Bordeaux and APOEL on one apiece.
The home side having a bit of a go as the clock ticks down. Far too little eons too late. Trapp comes well off his line to catch a cross but fumbles, however Russ is on hand to hack clear. There's no-one in APOEL's half, though.
APOEL SUBS: Selim Benachour comes on for Efstathios Aloneftis, while Felipe Gomes makes way for Franco Vinicius.
FRANKFURT SUB: Armin Veh is making his final change of the night, and it's Martin Lanig who will get some game time. He comes on to replace Tranquillo Barnetta. He stood out among the seemingly-interminable dross that was the first half. His pass to Jung for his team's third was quality. Man of the Match.
CHANCE! That was a sitter for APOEL. Great work by Vinicius to set up the opportunity, but Trapp made a good save from Benachour's shot from 15 yards out. He should have burst the net, though.
UPDATE! Late drama in Bordeaux! Maccabi Tel-Aviv have snatched what looks to be the winner! It's Dor Micha who has put the Israeli team ahead at the Stade Chaban Delmas.
CHANCE! Well if Benachour's was a sitter then I don't know what to classify this miss as. Lovely play on the counter from Frankfurt, which sees Jung racing clear down the right. He clips the ball in for Lakic, who gets his finish all wrong from just a couple of yards out. Too casual, he thought that he only needed to make contact. Chance goes begging, but it'll be of little consequence.
FULL TIME: APOEL 0-3 Frankfurt
It's all over in Nicosia. A frighteningly poor game but at least there were some goals. Frankfurt are clear and deserved winners, but they'll need to perform better if they have any hope of making waves in this competition.
That's all from us at Sports Mole this evening. Thanks for coming along.
