Arsenal left-back Kieran Gibbs has praised his teammates' character after they battled a lively Olympiakos side to claim a 3-1 win last night.
Arsenal conceded a first-half equaliser but managed to turn the draw into three points in the second half.
Gibbs was delighted that the Gunners managed to find the extra quality that they needed to win.
"You have to win like that sometimes," Gibbs told Arsenal's official website. "No game in the Champions League is easy. We showed a good test of character because it's difficult when it's a draw and you're pushing for the win, but we managed to do that.
"Our extra quality in the squad came through in the end, and we managed to get another good win in the Champions League.
"It's all about [getting over the line] - getting the win. We know our qualities. We showed tonight and in the first game that we have the qualities to beat these teams and I think we've done that again."
Gibbs was called up today to Roy Hodgson's latest England squad.
