Bayern Munich manager Pep Guardiola has said that he is expecting Arsenal to play a direct brand of football when the sides meet again in the Champions League on Wednesday evening.
The Gunners beat the Bundesliga champions 2-0 at the Emirates Stadium in the return fixture a fortnight ago with a counter-attacking performance.
Guardiola has claimed that Arsene Wenger's men will attempt to hit his side with long balls throughout the forthcoming clash at the Allianz Arena.
"Arsenal want to attack. They are one of Europe's top sides," Guardiola told reporters. "[I expect] long balls to [Olivier] Giroud."
"They are strong enough. Arsenal want to attack, but it's difficult against us with our good pressing game."
Bayern currently sit joint top of Group F alongside Olympiacos on six points, while Arsenal are bottom, three points adrift of the pair.
