Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger has paid tribute to Theo Walcott and Aaron Ramsey after they scored the goals that helped them beat Marseille on Wednesday.
The Gunners got their Champions League campaign off to the perfect start by securing a 2-1 win over Les Phoceens at the Stade Velodrome in Group F.
"He (Walcott) has scored the most difficult of his chances and that should give him a boost and I am sure he will continue to score," Wenger told Sky Sports News.
On Ramsey, the Frenchman added: "It is outstanding and that is linked with his confidence, now every time he is in a good position he scores - scoring goals is like in cycles where sometimes it always goes for you."
