Arsenal midfielder Mikel Arteta believes that an FA Cup triumph on Saturday can prove the "turning point" in the club's fortunes on the silverware front.
The Gunners are massive favourites to beat Hull City at Wembley tomorrow and end their eight-year trophy drought in the process.
Speaking to Arsenal's official website, the Spaniard claims that victory would represent "more than the trophy" and says that it could prove the catalyst for future success.
"With the history we have over the last nine years without any trophies at all it could be a great turning point," he said. "It's something more than the trophy as to what it can mean to the club, to the fans, to everyone."
Tomorrow's encounter is scheduled to kick off at 5pm.
