Arsenal are reportedly ready to offer £15m for CSKA Moscow striker Seydou Doumbia.
The Ivory Coast international, who scored 38 goals last season, is believed to have a £26m buy-out clause in his contract.
According to the Daily Mail, CSKA will accept a lower down payment of £15m, with a potential final figure of £21m as a result of add-ons.
Arsene Wenger is also believed to be chasing 22-year-old Dnipro star Yevhen Konoplyanka as a replacement for Andrey Arshavin.
