France have recalled Arsenal's Abou Diaby to their squad for the World Cup qualifiers against Finland and Belarus.
Diaby has not played for France since June 2011 and has struggled with injuries over the past couple of seasons.
The 26-year-old has featured in Arsenal's opening two Premier League games this season and France coach Didier Deschamps is happy to have him back.
"Diaby has enormous potential," said Deschamps. "He had a disastrous season last year but he has done a full pre-season and has completed 90 minutes.
"He is a very fragile player but he seems to be on the right track and I hope that nothing will hold him back now."
Diaby will join Arsenal teammates Laurent Koscielny and Olivier Giroud in the squad.
The trio have one more Premier League game before the international break, when they travel to Anfield to face Liverpool on Sunday.
