Leeds United and Aston Villa reportedly both hold an interest in Arsenal striker Eddie Nketiah.
England Under-21s' all-time leading goalscorer has fallen down the pecking order under Mikel Arteta and is yet to play a minute of Premier League football in the 2021-22 season.
Nketiah has now entered the final 12 months of his deal with the Gunners and could walk away on a free transfer next summer, although he remained at the club in the most recent transfer window despite links with a move elsewhere.
According to journalist Ekrem Konur, Leeds boss Marcelo Bielsa would be interested in bringing Nketiah back to Elland Road on a permanent basis, while Brentford and Aston Villa are also keeping tabs on his future.
Konur adds that the 22-year-old is pining for regular first-team football, and he could look to secure a move away from Arsenal in the January transfer window.
Nketiah's only appearance for the Gunners this season came in the EFL Cup against AFC Wimbledon, during which he scored a cheeky flick in a 3-0 third-round success.
The striker has totalled 66 appearances for Arsenal in all competitions, scoring 14 goals since graduating from Hale End. body check tags ::
