Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger believes that Alexis Sanchez has similar attributes to former striker Ian Wright.

The Chile international has impressed in his debut season for the Gunners by scoring 12 Premier League goals so far.

When asked by reporters if Sanchez reminds him of any of his ex-players, Wenger said: "Ian Wright. He is a bit like Ian Wright. His enthusiasm - he has that.

"He is very friendly and bubbly every day. He is quieter than Ian Wright but that is not difficult and he doesn't get booked."

Sanchez is expected to play in tonight's match against Leicester City after missing the last two games with a hamstring injury.
