Arsenal midfielder Granit Xhaka has attempted to fire up his teammates ahead of the North London derby against Tottenham Hotspur on Sunday afternoon.
The Swiss international was involved as the Gunners fell to their first defeat of the season at Anfield on Saturday, but believes his side can take heart as they prepare to face bitter rivals Tottenham.
The 26-year-old told arsenal.com: "We have nothing to take from this game or other games because it's a derby and we know how important it is for the fans, the club and for us.
"We have shown in the last few years that we can have very good games against them. Let's start getting ready this week so we're ready to play against Spurs."
One Arsenal midfielder unlikely to take to the field against Tottenham is Mohamed Elneny, who could be on his way to Bordeaux.
