The agent of Lazio defender Stefan Radu has claimed that his client is a transfer target for a number of English clubs.
Despite admitting that the 25-year-old is "happy" in the Italian capital, representative Viktor Becal has refused to rule out the possibility of Radu signing for a Premier League side later this summer.
"We are working with someone in England," Becali told lalaziosiamonoi.it. "There are three clubs that are very interested in Stefan.
"If we were to receive a good offer and Lazio were to accept, then he could leave.
"Otherwise, he is happy to remain in Rome. He is under contract until 2016."
Arsenal and Manchester City have previously been linked with the Romanian international.
