Willian's agent Kia Joorabchian has insisted that the Chelsea forward has not yet discussed his plans should he leave the club at the end of the season.
The Brazil international is set to become a free agent later this year after so far failing to reach an agreement with the Blues on fresh terms.
Willian, who was hoping for a three-year extension at Stamford Bridge, recently admitted that he would like to stay in the Premier League if he does leave Chelsea.
Amid rumoured interest from Chelsea's London rivals Tottenham Hotspur and Arsenal, however, Joorabchian has revealed that the 31-year-old is not actively thinking about his next career move.
"There is a lot of speculation but I can genuinely explain to you we have not spoken about transfers or anything like that," he told Sky Sports News.
"No one has the right feeling. Neither us nor the other side have the feeling to discuss something when so much is happening around the world that is so much more important."
Willian has five goals and five assists in 28 Premier League appearances for Chelsea this season.
