Arsenal and Manchester City are reportedly keeping tabs on Monaco youngster Nabil Alioui.
The 19-year-old forward is understood to be highly rated by figures inside Monaco and French football, but he is yet to make his first-team debut for the Ligue 1 outfit.
French publication RMC reports that Alioui is still on a youth contract at the Stade Louis II and so could be available for a knockdown price.
Premier League rivals Arsenal and Man City are among the clubs monitoring the youngster's situation, although Monaco are reluctant to lose him and are thought to be preparing a professional contract before sending him on loan to Belgian side Cercle Brugge.
Alioui is currently with the French squad at the Under-19 European Championships, where he has scored two goals to help his side to the semi-finals of the tournament.
Arsenal are reportedly planning to invite him to their training ground after the competition, while Man City are hopeful that their links with his agent - who also works on behalf of Kevin De Bruyne - may give them the edge in any race for his signature.
