Arsenal are reportedly ready to reignite their interest in Crystal Palace attacker Wilfried Zaha this summer.
The Gunners' pursuit of the Ivory Coast international in 2019 was well documented, but their reported bid of £40m fell well below Palace's £80m asking price, and Zaha remained at Selhurst Park despite his supposed desire to leave.
Unai Emery's Arsenal eventually moved for Nicolas Pepe instead, but the £72m winger has blown hot and cold in England since arriving from Lille, and Mikel Arteta is allegedly keen to strike a deal for his compatriot.
According to 90Min, the Gunners will look to make another attempt at prising Zaha away from Selhurst Park this summer, but they would have to sell before they can buy, and Palace are open to cashing in for a lower figure given their own need to raise funds.
The report adds that Zaha would prefer to stay in the English capital, despite interest from clubs in Ligue 1 and Serie A, but neither Chelsea nor Tottenham Hotspur are contemplating a move for the 28-year-old this time around.
Zaha's existing deal with the Eagles expires in 2023, and he boasts a total of nine goals and two assists from 22 Premier League appearances this term. body check tags ::
