Arsenal will reportedly sign Barcelona winger Pedro in a cut-price deal this summer.
The Spain international has fallen down the pecking order at the Camp Nou this season, and the Catalans are said to have lowered their asking price as a result.
Pedro was previously thought to have been worth more than £20m and a reduced price would potentially start a bidding war, with Manchester City reportedly among the other clubs interested in his signature.
The 27-year-old started Barca's victory over Atletico Madrid on Sunday evening as the Blaugrana claimed the La Liga title, but he has become more of a peripheral figure since Luis Suarez joined from Liverpool last summer.
Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger is said to be looking to strengthen his squad this summer as he chases a first Premier League title since 2004.
The Gunners could sign Pedro for as little as £10.8m, according to The Metro.
Pedro has scored 11 goals in 47 appearances this season.
