Arsenal have reportedly targeted Monaco's Portuguese playmaker Joao Moutinho as a long-term replacement for Mikel Arteta.
The Gunners are currently leading the charge for the 28-year-old, with other Premier League sides also looking to sign the midfielder.
The former Sporting Lisbon man will allegedly cost potential suitors £30m, according to The Express.
Rumours also suggest that Manchester United are still keen on Moutinho, after the Red Devils were linked with the player in the summer.
