Barcelona are reportedly interested in signing Arsenal youngster Marcus McGuane.
The Spanish giants have received the green light to open negotiations with McGuane after the 18-year-old snubbed Rangers earlier in the transfer window.
According to El Confidencial, Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger's efforts to persuade the starlet to remain at the Gunners will not be enough, with McGuane expected to make the Barca switch.
Should McGuane move to Spain, he is likely to join up with Barcelona's B team to continue his development.
The 18-year-old joined the Arsenal ranks at the age of five.
