Fiorentina winger Juan Cuadrado has admitted that reports of Arsenal scouts watching his performance against Chievo last weekend have come as a welcome surprise.
Cuadrado is believed to have been watched by Gunners scouts as he scored a brace in Verona on Sunday, helping La Viola earn a 2-1 victory with his third goal in two matches.
The Colombian told Sky Sport Italia: "I didn't know about interest from Arsenal until you told me.
"It is something that pleases me, but I'm happy here at Fiorentina and we'll see later."
The 25-year-old has recovered from a shoulder problem to impress for La Viola in recent weeks, as they look to mount a challenge for Champions League qualification this season.
