Juventus have reportedly been offered Mesut Ozil on five separate occasions, but have decided against signing the Arsenal outcast due to financial reasons.
Ozil has been left out of Arsenal's Premier League and Europa League squads for the first half of the campaign after failing to win over boss Mikel Arteta.
The 32-year-old has regularly been linked with a move away from the North London outfit and, according to Calciomercato, Juve are among the teams to have previously showed an interest.
However, despite Arsenal's best attempts to offload Ozil, it is claimed that Juve could not justify matching the attacking midfielder's huge wages.
Former Germany international Ozil is out of contract at the end of the season, meaning that he is able to speak to foreign clubs over a free transfer from January.
Major League Soccer side DC United are believed to be keen to sign the former Real Madrid ace, while Fenerbahce are also in the running.
