Leicester City forward Riyad Mahrez has allegedly decided that he would like to join Arsenal in the summer.
In January, Mahrez was keen to push through a transfer to Manchester City but the move broke down due to Leicester refusing to accept a big-money offer for the Algerian international.
City could return for Mahrez ahead of next season but according to The Express, the 27-year-old would prefer to secure a switch to the Gunners.
Arsenal are currently without a manager due to the future exit of Arsene Wenger, but the North London outfit have previously expressed an interest in signing the playmaker.
Earlier this week, Mahrez refused to commit his future to the Foxes but said that he had withdrawn the transfer request that he had placed at the start of 2018.
Despite speculation regarding his future, Mahrez has still contributed 10 goals and eight assists in the Premier League during the current campaign.
