Real Madrid midfielder Aurelien Tchouameni has hinted that Kylian Mbappe will join the Spanish giants this summer.
The France international is set to become a free agent when his Paris Saint-Germain contract expires at the end of the current season.
Mbappe has spent the last seven years in the French capital, but he has reportedly decided against extending his stay with the Ligue 1 champions.
While Real Madrid are said to be in pole position, the 25-year-old has also been linked with a move to the Premier League.
However, he recently poured cold water on those rumours, laughing off the suggestion from an Arsenal supporter that he should join the North London club.
Meanwhile, new Manchester co-owner Sir Jim Ratcliffe has also ruled out the prospect of bringing the Frenchman to Old Trafford.
Mbappe recently revealed that he wants to have his next destination decided before he heads to Germany for Euro 2024 this summer.
Tchouameni has now added to the speculation surrounding Mbappe's future, hinting that his France teammate will join him at the Santiago Bernabeu for next season.
The midfielder believes that supporters in Spain will appreciate the full-scale of Mbappe's talent when he plays in La Liga.
In an interview with Telefoot, Tchouameni said: "The Spanish are aware of the player that Kylian is, although when they see him every day they will realise the player's greatness".
Despite the uncertainty surrounding his future, Mbappe will still be determined to finish his time with PSG on a positive note.
Mbappe has been in prolific form for Luis Enrique's side this season, scoring 38 goals in 37 matches across all competitions.
PSG are currently sitting top of the League 1 table, while they are also still competing in the Champions League and the Coupe de France.
Mbappe is currently away with the France squad, who fell to a 2-0 defeat in Saturday's friendly with Germany at the Parc Olympique Lyonnais. body check tags ::
