The Bosnia and Herzegovina Football Federation has confirmed Arsenal defender Sead Kolasinac has tested positive for Covid-19.
The 27-year-old played in the 3-1 Nations League defeat in Holland on Sunday but is now self-isolating and will not be involved in the match against Italy on Wednesday night.
Goalkeeper Ibrahim Sehic has also returned a positive test, so will miss the final Group A1 fixture in Sarajevo.
A statement on the Bosnia and Herzegovina Football Federation website read: "After (the news of a positive test for) Ibrahim Sehic, another member of the national team of Bosnia and Herzegovina will not be able to play against Italy tonight due to the coronavirus.
"Sead Kolasinac was retested this morning. The results of that test have just arrived, which show that our defender is positive for the SARS-Cov-2 virus."
Arsenal now look set to be without Kolasinac when they return to Premier League action following the international break with an away trip to Leeds on Sunday, followed by a Europa League tie at Molde.
Depending on when Kolasinac is cleared following negative Covid-19 tests, the full-back could also miss the home Premier League match against Wolves on November 29.
