Paul Lambert has hailed the performance of Brad Guzan after Aston Villa kept their first clean sheet in 27 matches to hang on for a 1-0 win at Norwich City in the Premier League.
The Villa goalkeeper was the star of the show at Carrow Road, making two outstanding saves, including a superb stop to keep out Robert Snodgrass's first-half penalty.
"We came here with a lot of injuries, as well as knocks that we had to play down," manager Lambert told BT Sport.
"I think Guzan's penalty save was a massive turning point and after that we could have scored two.
"Guzan was brilliant and his save from [Gary Hooper's late] header was world class."
None of Villa's outfield players had more touches of the ball than Guzan did today.
