Aston Villa have reportedly decided to offer a new contract to winger Jack Grealish.
The England Under-21 international had been expected to leave Villa Park this summer, but the West Midlands outfit refused to accept any offers below their valuation from Tottenham Hotspur.
Grealish is said to be disappointed by a failure to secure a move to a club competing in the Champions League but according to The Sun, Villa are prepared to act regarding the player's future.
The report claims that the club will hand Grealish improved terms, as well as including a release clause which will be set in the region of £30m.
That could potentially appeal to the 22-year-old, with any interested clubs being aware of what it would take to sign him in January.
