Paul Lambert has insisted that neither Ron Vlaar nor Fabian Delph will be leaving Aston Villa in January's transfer window.
The club's captain has been linked with a number of sides across Europe, while the midfielder is thought to be a target for Liverpool.
However, the manager told reporters: "They're not going anywhere. It's my says and they'll not go anywhere in January.
"Even if anybody came we'd never let them go cheap. The way January works is if somebody's worth something you may as well put another 15 zeros on the end of their valuation. It's inflated.
"I think they enjoy their football here. I've never really had that conversation with them, they've been really good, really professional about it and I have no issues at all."
