Iago Herrerin, Inigo Lekue, Carlos Gurpegui and Borja Viguera come into the hosts' starting XI in place of Gorka Iraizoz, Mikel Balenziaga, Mikel Rico and Sabin Merino.
Meanwhile, the Slovakian champions make two changes, with Robert Mazan and Willian replacing Bojan Letic and Lukas Cmelik in their starting lineup.
