Atletico Madrid president Enrique Cerezo has revealed that the Spanish side are in good health both on and off the field.
It has been a successful last few years on the field for Atletico, who have tasted success in Europe in addition to lifting the La Liga title in the 2013-14 campaign.
Cerezo has also said that "the foundations for a new training complex and stadium" have been laid as the club look to continue their success in all areas.
"We're operating under the policy of not spending more than we earn. We don't only aim to win trophies, we also aim to break even," Cerezo told Marca.
"We've never wanted to sell a player. Those who left only did because they wanted to. We've laid the foundations for a new training complex and stadium, [the latter of] which will be the most comfortable and modern in Europe."
Atletico have not finished lower than third in Spain's top flight since the 2012-13 season.
