Falcao's last-gasp goal has earned Atletico Madrid a 2-2 draw at Real Betis.
Both sides started with attacking intent at the Benito Villamarin, with Roque Santa Cruz planting his header straight at Thibaut Courtois before Eduardo Salvio lashed his effort wide.
The ever-dangerous Falcao was off target midway through the half, while the striker put a header wide just before the break as the sides went in goalless at half time.
Atletico dominated much of the second half, with Falcao and Salvio again missing chances for the visitors.
They made the breakthrough just after the hour when Koke smashed the ball home from inside the area following good work by Falcao.
Madrid looked to be on course for the win until Alejandro Pozuelo struck with four minutes left to draw Betis level.
The hosts then thought that they snatched all three points in the dying moments when Jonathan Pereira converted from close range.
However, there was a final twist in the tale as Falcao nodded in with almost the last action of the match to earn Atletico a point.
