Leo Baptistao has revealed that he is enjoying life at Villarreal after joining the Yellow Submarine on a season-long loan.
The 22-year-old joined Atletico Madrid from Rayo Vallecano in 2013, but struggled to make his mark at the Vicente Calderon.
The forward has since been on loan at Real Betis and his former club Rayo, before joining Villarreal on loan this summer.
"The first thing that caught my attention were the facilities, but bit by bit they are becoming an elite club in every sense of the word. Honestly, Villarreal are a top club in Europe," Baptistao told the club's official website.
"They are a team that is prepared to be one of the best clubs in La Liga and play in Europa. I am very impressed with the structure and with everything they're all capable of achieving.
"I'm going to work hard to try and be an important player, to help the team as much as I can, but I can't say that I want to be a key player. The key to this team is the group, the union that I saw this past season. We'll try to do the same or better than last season."
Baptistao scored seven times for Rayo last season.
