Australia captain Mile Jedinak has admitted that he is "disappointed" by his team's defeat to Chile in their opening match of the World Cup.
The Aussies were beaten 3-1 in Cuiaba on Friday night as their campaign got off to a losing start.
"It's disappointing, to be honest," Jedinak is quoted as saying by FIFA's official website. "We had a right go and those first 20 minutes ended up costing us.
"We were on top of them, we were so dominant. We had a couple of good chances, and their keeper pulled off some great saves. It wasn't meant to be, that was the difference."
Australia return to action on Wednesday when they take on the Netherlands in Porto Alegre.
