Barcelona centre-back Marc Bartra has admitted that his team "could have had more control" in Tuesday's Champions League Group E match against BATE Borisov.
Two goals from Ivan Rakitic secured the points for the European champions against a BATE side that only managed one shot on target in Belarus.
Barbra, however, has said that he was content with the away side's display, in addition to commenting on Neymar's performance, with the Brazilian registering two assists in the European clash.
"We knew there is no easy match in Europe . We could have had more control, with vigilance in defence," AS quotes Bartra as saying.
"Dani Alves, Javier Mascherano and Jordi Alba helped us and that suits us. We're top of the group. We had a sense of security and we controlled the match. It was hard to get the goal, but were played seriously. That's the way.
"Maybe Neymar has found his role to be more involved with Messi injured. But having players like Neymar and Luis Suarez, it's important to pull together."
Barcelona return to La Liga action this weekend with a home game against Eibar.
