Barcelona have been handed a fitness boost ahead of their Champions League trip to AC Milan on Wednesday evening.
Spanish midfielder Xavi had been regarded as a doubt for the tie because of a hamstring injury.
However, the 33-year-old returned to training over the weekend and having came through some sessions unscathed, he has been included in the squad for the match in Italy.
David Villa has not been named in the squad though after he spent two days in hospital last week with kidney stones. Full-back Adriano is also carrying a knock and will not be risked.
