Barcelona have confirmed that Jordi Alba will be sidelined for the next 10 days with a hamstring injury.
The left-back suffered the complaint during Spain's 1-0 win over Ukraine in Euro 2016 qualifying last night.
"Tests performed by the FC Barcelona medical services on Saturday morning has revealed that Jordi Alba has a grade one injury to the adductor muscle in his right leg. This hamstring injury means he'll be out of action for approximately 10 days," read a statement on Barca's official website.
Alba will now sit out Spain's friendly clash against the Netherlands on Tuesday and he is also a doubt for the La Liga clash away at Celta Vigo a week on Sunday.
