Barcelona boss Xavi has been left with multiple injury concerns after Barcelona's victory at Real Sociedad on Thursday night.
A first-half goal from Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang settled the game at the Reale Arena, keeping the Catalan giants in second position in the La Liga standings ahead of Sevilla.
However, the win seemingly came at a cost with Marca outlining five injury issues which stemmed from the contest.
The entire back four of Dani Alves, Gerard Pique, Ronald Araujo and Jordi Alba picked up injuries, as did young midfielder Gavi.
Araujo has a knee problem, Alves departed 11 minutes later with an unspecified issue, Pique has an ongoing adductor injury and Alba sustained a knock which did not prevent him from finishing the game.
Gavi also saw out the remaining minutes despite a late complaint, but all five have naturally emerged as doubts for Sunday's meeting with Rayo Vallecano. body check tags ::
