Luis Suarez could miss this summer's Copa America with a hamstring injury.

The Uruguay and Barcelona frontman sustained the complaint during tonight's Copa del Rey final against Sevilla in Madrid.

There was 56 minutes on the clock when the 29-year-old was seen clutching the muscle and despite receiving treatment, he was forced off the pitch.

While sat on the bench, Suarez was visibly upset, perhaps with the belief that he will now be unable to represent his country in the USA.

The tournament gets underway on June 3, while Uruguay's first group match against Mexico is two days later.
